Shipping Policy
This policy explains where Airflex ships, what shipping costs and when you can generally expect your order. Delivery estimates are provided for planning and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. If you have questions about a particular destination or delivery address, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Canada. There is no minimum purchase amount for this offer.
Processing and estimated delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–5 business days, giving a combined estimate of 4–7 business days from order placement.
Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These periods are estimates; weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, remote locations and other circumstances can affect delivery.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
Where tracking is available, shipping information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates depend on the carrier. Please check your order information and email address carefully when placing your order.
Address changes and delivery issues
If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected details. We will let you know whether a change is possible at that stage.
If your shipment is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email info@airflexholder.com with your order number and relevant details. For damaged packages or products, photographs can help us assess the issue.
Taxes, duties and import charges
Free shipping does not necessarily include taxes, duties or other government-imposed import charges. Applicable charges will be disclosed at checkout where the platform can calculate them. For questions about potential charges, please contact us before ordering.
