If your order isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll help you understand your options.

Request a return

Contact us within 30 business days after delivery at info@airflexholder.com. Include your order number, reason for return and photographs where relevant. Please do not send an item to our business address before receiving return instructions.

Return eligibility

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging with all included components. After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions and the applicable return address. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with photographs. Where the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable law, including replacement or refund. Airflex covers return shipping costs for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Other return shipping costs

For non-defective, change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds and cancellations

After an eligible return is received and approved, we aim to process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped may need to follow the return process.
