Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on all orders to these destinations, with no minimum purchase.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch, for a combined estimate of 4–7 business days from order placement. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Weather, customs, remote destinations and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is available, we send shipping information to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If your package is delayed, missing or damaged, email info@airflexholder.com with your order number.

Taxes and import charges

Free shipping does not necessarily include taxes, duties or other government-imposed import charges. Applicable charges will be disclosed at checkout where the platform can calculate them. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
