Shipping, returns and cancellations

We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada. Normal processing is 1–2 business days, with estimated transit of 3–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or other delays.

Return requests may be submitted within 30 business days after delivery, subject to the eligibility and instructions in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation; an order that has already shipped may need to follow the return process.

Safe product use

Follow the product instructions, check that your device is securely attached before use and use the holder only in appropriate surroundings. Do not use a wearable phone holder when it creates a safety risk, including while operating a vehicle or machinery. Keep it away from heat and other hazards.
