What is the Airflex holder?
Airflex is a wearable neck phone holder designed to keep a compatible phone in a viewing position without requiring you to hold it continuously. The support can be adjusted for a convenient viewing angle.
How do I use it?
Place the holder around your neck according to the product instructions, attach your compatible phone and check that it is secure, then adjust the support to a comfortable viewing position. Follow all instructions supplied with your product.
Will it work with my phone or case?
Fit and magnetic attachment depend on your device, case, dimensions, weight and any attachment used. Specific compatibility and weight limits have not yet been confirmed. Email us with your phone model and case details before ordering if you need help checking.
Can I adjust the viewing position?
The pictured holder includes an adjustable support. Adjust the support according to the instructions and check that your phone is securely attached before use.
Where can I use it?
The holder can be used for everyday viewing such as video calls, watching at home or following a recipe. Keep the product away from heat and hazards. Do not use it when it creates a safety risk, including while operating a vehicle or machinery.
How much does it cost and is it available?
The product page shows the current price and availability. Please check it before ordering; prices and stock may change.
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free to both destinations, with no minimum purchase. Taxes, duties or other government-imposed import charges may apply; contact us if you need clarification before ordering.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. The combined estimate is 4–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track or change an order?
Where tracking is available, shipping information is sent to the email address entered at checkout. If you need to correct an address or ask about an order, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 30 business days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Eligibility, return shipping responsibilities and instructions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
When will I receive a refund?
After an eligible return is received and approved, we aim to process a refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display it.
